About

Baron’s Grange Bed and Breakfast, a charming 1700s farmhouse, has 2 large guest bedrooms overlooking orchards and gardens: Set among public footpaths near Iden village, less than 8 minutes’ drive from the ancient town of Rye, 40-60 minutes from Eurotunnel/Dover.

The farmhouse has been in our family for 3 generations and we are happy to share our house, conservatory, garden and local knowledge. Bedrooms are ensuite with a traditional English or Continental breakfast included in the price.

We offer a traditional English farmhouse bed and breakfast. The Grade II listed Georgian building has an Inglenook fireplace in the sitting room and original wooden beams throughout.

Guests have use of our comfortable sitting room, and conservatory overlooking the garden which you are welcome to enjoy.

Breakfast is served in our elegant dining room furnished with our family’s antique furniture.

Guests have access to our dining room for breakfast.

They are also welcome to use our sitting room and conservatory

The Rooms

Spacious, bright rooms with lovely views over the orchards and farmland that surrounds the house, both rooms a small sitting area with mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities The Rose bedroom also has a single bed in the room which is available for an extra £30 per night.
